This project page shows the importance of a good base in your living space before all the final details are added such as paint,carpet, pictures and flowers would represent.

Here we will see how important it is to have cement preparation with vapour barrier put down before the cement is laid. We will also display the importance of fire retardant boxes being built for electrical panels. In your renovation, plumbing leads to proper drains with shut off's for water installed and tested. Finally, proper vapour barrier leading up between the joists overhead and taped in place with proper tuck tape.
