Kitchen Renovations

Most requested home renovations in Vancouver are kitchen renovations

Kitchens today are informal gathering places for family and friends aside from being the normal workspace for cooking. Therefore making kitchen renovations one of the most requested home improvements.

Renov8 The West Contracting LTD does a variety of kitchen renovations primarily in the Vancouver area.

Sometimes, a kitchen renovation can be as simple as this: removing and replacing the existing cabinets, putting in a few pot lights, installing some electrical, plumbing, tiling the floors and then putting in a tile backsplash.

We also do a more complex kitchen renovation that includes design/build projects where we may need to tear down a load-bearing wall to open up your kitchen, add electrical outlets, and re-vamp the plumbing in another area of your kitchen.

You may also want to install a drop ceiling where we install pot lights and ductwork through it. Where your ductwork is, runs your exhaust/intake air.

You may also want to install a heated floor and then lay tile over top.

Whatever you desire, we have our designers, draftsmen and engineers to help make your dream kitchen come to life.

We can handle your budget from cost effective cabinets to high-end solid wood cabinets by dealing with our many distributors in the Vancouver area.

We also have a wide range of countertops from cost effective Arbourite to high-end marble or granite installations.

When picking tile, you can choose from many of our distributors where a variety of porcelain, ceramic or stone tile and get it for discount savings for our tiling technicians to install.

Once you have established your renovation plan; we have our carpenters, plumbers, electricians and other sub-trades ready to build it. Whatever your wish list involves, we at Renov8 The West Contracting LTD want to be a part of making your kitchen renovation a great experience.
